GIFT CERTIFICATE INFORMATION

Gift certificates are NOT delivered by mail. They are delivered via e-mail on the date that you select. You can opt not to send an e-mail to the recipient and instead use the print gift certificate option offered on the PayPal payment screen instead. The current gift certificate pattern is light blue and white with snowflakes and prints out well.

Gift certificates are redeemable for Cats Of Christmas items through PayPal.com using our standard checkout system. After adding the items they desire, recipients simply enter their code into the PayPal payment screen when checking out. Gift certificates are only redeemable at CatsOfChristams.com.

Recipient Cancellations: Gift certificate recipients can cancel their gift certificate within 60 days of the purchase date and have funds refunded to the purchaser.

Purchaser Cancellations: If the recipient is not an existing PayPal member, the purchaser will have 60 days from the date of purchase or until the recipient opens a PayPal account, whichever comes first, to cancel the certificate and receive a full refund.

Refunds: Refunds on gift certificates that were purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card. Refunds on gift certificates that were not purchased using a credit/debit card will be placed into the purchaser's PayPal account.

Expiration: Gift certificates do not have an expiration date.

Maintenance Fee: Gift certificates do not carry a maintenance fee.

Account required: Recipients are required to create a PayPal account in order to redeem their gift certificates.

Custom ornament gift certificate recipients will be directed to the custom cats page for instruction on how to send in their information. They will need to send in usable photos of their cats. If they can not or do not want to do this, the gift certificate can be used towards our standard cat ornaments as well. The shipping cost is included with the certificate for US addresses.
